Surgical Services
The Surgical Services Department specializes in a full range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services offering twenty-four hour peri-operative care seven days a week to both adult and pediatric patients. Our highly qualified healthcare team provides comprehensive surgical care to hospital patients and outpatients from Pre-Admission to Discharge, dealing with the physical as well as psychological needs of the patient to ensure a positive outcome.
We have also added a state-of-the-art “Patient Tracker” allowing your family/significant others to track the progress of your procedure while waiting in the comfort of our Surgical Waiting Room. The Surgical Waiting Room also has television, is airy and spacious with vending areas located in our hospital cafeteria.
It will be important to let your surgical team know who is able to receive information about your surgery. Upon completion of the procedure, your surgeon will communicate with family and our post operative nursing team will also keep them updated and notify them when you are being transferred to the recovery room, ambulatory unit or back to your hospital room.
