Messages will be delivered between the hours of 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Messages received after 3:00 p.m., or on week-ends, will be delivered the next business day.

Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm to you that any patient is in-house, or guarantee that the message will be delivered to them. This service is provided simply as a free customer service. To get the best results, please try to include as much information as possible in your message to help us to identify the patient.
